Hotel SØMA Aasiaat is located on a small island, almost right at the sea level and fishing is still a central occupation for many locals. The sea is full of fish such as cod, atlantic wolffish, redfish and Greenlandic Halibut. Your fishing trip in Aasiaat trip starts from our private dock in the speedboat Malik and the length of the trip can vary. The season for sailing is expected to begin in the beginning of week 23 and ends at the end of September. If you catch a fish we will be happy to prepare it for you for dinner in our cafeteria.
